Benjamin Grenon – Managing Director & Founder

Benjamin began his career in New York during the 1999-2000 Internet boom and specializes in business development, sales and marketing for start-ups. In 2004, he moved to Shanghai and studied Mandarin Chinese at Shanghai’s famous Fudan University. In 2005 he joined China’s premier motorsport facility and promoter, Zhuhai International Circuit as Deputy General Manager overseeing Sales & Marketing, Sponsorship & Events. During this time he was instrumental in creating and operating the Pan Delta Super Racing Festival and the China Superbike Championship, two of China’s acclaimed motorsport events. He successfully signed numerous sponsorship deals with local & Global 500 companies such as: Total, Audi, Coca-Cola, Xinfei, Porsche and Tongyi Uni-President amongst others. In September 2010, Benjamin came up with the concept of SpeedShare. In November 2010 SpeedShare supported Automobile Club de L’Ouest (ACO) and the S2M Group during China’s first Intercontinental Le Mans Cup.
Truly passionate about motorsport, cars and motorcycles, Benjamin rode 15,000km around the USA on a Ninja ZX-6R; traveled 8,000km in China’s Inner-Mongolia province on a SV1000 and toured the Tibetan plateau in Yunnan, Sichuan, Gansu and Qinghai on a KTM Adventure in 2011-2012. To better grasp the challenges faced by racing drivers and event promoters, he briefly raced a Yamaha superbike in Zhuhai and Shanghai circuits (see pictures here).

 

 

James Moore – General Manager

James began his career in the performance automotive and powersports market in 2006 when he joined a leading US performance product manufacturer heading up their global sourcing and supply chain efforts. Overtime his role expanded to include Asia business development and finally General Manager of Asia. As General Manager of Asia he served an 18 month assignment in Suzhou, China setting up the first performance engine building facility in China which also served as a distribution center for performance parts. In this role Jim was able to build key relationships with component manufacturers, tuning shops, distributors and race teams in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines and Thailand.
In 2012, James left the corporate environment to continue to pursue his passion of serving the rapidly growing Asia performance market by starting Quandarium Associates LLC, which has now become SpeedShare US. Jim is based in Cleveland, OH and is responsible for business development in North America and South America.

Keith Wong – Executive Advisor of SpeedShare

Keith was invited to join SpeedShare as an Executive Advisor in 2016 providing growth and organization strategy. Keith possesses a pragmatic blend of corporate, entrepreneurial and consulting experience with diverse clients in Greater China and Asia and North America that allows him to see issues with broad and deep insights and help his Clients to come out with relevant local solutions. He also facilitates transition of leaders into senior leadership roles with coaching engagements over 20 leaders in the last 3 years. Keith has been in executive leadership capacity with reputable MNCs in China including Managing Director with a major JV between BRF and Citic Group, VP and GM with Coca-Cola China managing a group of bottlers, COO with private equity funded Creative Foods, and functional Directors with MNCs like Unilever, Colgate and Kraft Foods Asia Pacific in Sales, Business Development and M&A.

Keith holds a PhD from School of Management, Fudan University, BA in Economics from University of Western Ontario, qualified earlier as a Chartered Management Accountant from UK. He has studied Executive Programs with Wharton School and holds an Executive Coaching Certificate from Coaching
